Student Recruitment Ad Campaign
In order to nudge admitted students to enroll at Denison, we created a brand new social media campaign to target students and parents. Each ad was modified to fit placements on Instagram stories Instagram & Facebook feed, and YouTube. Our digital marketing partner would provide weekly reporting on ad performance which we would use to strategically increase or decrease ad frequency.
The ads target unique selling points of Denison that run inline with brand messaging admitted students have been previously exposed to. The three ads shown below—with respective versions sized for feed placement—were the top performing from this most recent cycle, boasting impressive click-through rate percentages. All ads were created using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Social Media Content and Boosted Posts
Many of the social media posts for Homestead America were to promote flash promotions that prompted quick action and therefore quick turnaround. Many of these posts were boosted in order to increase the audience and maintain relevance.
In addition, we would post Instagram stories that prompted viewers to screenshot, fill in the blanks, and re-share on their own story. Many of these posts were in response to current social media trends. It was important that we act quickly in order to keep up with the speed of social media trends as they quickly lose relevance.
